Shop Local! Pop-up Shops, eCommerce, Village Centers
Retailers who deliver a local, plugged-in shopping experience are fueling some of the new retail real estate opportunities in the DFW and North Texas areas.
- Pop-up shops are doing well, letting new boutique and celebrity brands start with six month to one year leases.
- Stores that also have an online presence let buyers shop local while shopping online
- Experiential retail makes shopping an entertaining pastime again
- Small regional malls are being re-created into local-oriented village centers
