Trent Appleby focuses his practice on commercial and corporate transactions, real estate transactions, and corporate formation and governance matters. He also has experience in litigation, with an emphasis on commercial and residential construction litigation.
In addition to construction-related matters, Trent prosecutes and defends various commercial and real estate-related disputes.
Trent received his law degree from SMU Dedman School of Law in 2016. He attended Texas Christian University where he was a member of the baseball team from 2007 – 2011. Trent received his Bachelor of Science degree in Communication with a minor in Criminal Justice.
Trent is an active member in the Tarrant County Young Lawyers Association and the Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth.
