Lynnsee Starr partners with businesses and individuals to execute real estate transactions, both big and small, across multiple industry types. Lynnsee also works with clients of all sizes on a wide range of business transactional matters, including entity formation, entity structure, corporate governance, and business employment matters.
In addition to her transactional practice, Lynnsee’s innovative thinking and quick responsiveness have led clients to seek her representation in numerous litigation matters, including disputes pertaining to breach of contract, property ownership, foreclosures, and deceptive trade practices. Lynnsee also has an active eviction practice, assisting both landlords and tenants in the eviction process.
Lynnsee received her law degree from SMU Dedman School of Law. While in law school, she was an active moot court competitor and served on the International Law Review Association. Before attending law school, she worked in non-profit development for St. Mark’s School of Texas.
Prior to becoming a Texan, Lynnsee grew up in Phoenix, Arizona and attended Arizona State University where she received dual bachelor’s degrees.
