Holmes Firm PC recently served as a Table Host for the Real Estate Council’s Capital Markets Forecast held at the Belo Mansion. The Capital Markets Forecast is part of the Bank of Texas Speaker Series presented by the Dallas Morning News.
The panel was moderated by Tim Jordon, Managing Director of JLL, and the panel was comprised of Natalie Anderson (SVP and Regional Manager, Wells Fargo), Ed Coco (Senior Managing Director, GE Capital Real Estate), Paige Hood (Managing Director, Prudential) and Dennis Schuh (Managing Director, J.P. Morgan).
The primary take-away was that Dallas is well positioned to continue its economic surge for several years to come, even if interest rates rise and the overall economy (national and international) fails to pick up steam. Dallas’ exceptional in-migration will continue to fuel its growth.
