Ron Holmes recently attended Biznow’s DFW Capital Markets Summit. The summit featured a panel of real estate industry experts in the areas of equity and lending.
Ron is pleased to report that the upward trends in the DFW market continue to gain steam. There was a positive vibe shared by all the panel members. Cap rates remain low, credit is more available and equity is less patient, all bell weather signs for the capital market. Investors are finding quite a lot to be excited about in the Dallas – Fort Worth commercial real estate market.
The housing market is also showing encouraging signs of stable growth. Land development, which came to a complete standstill during the recession, is showing signs of life in response to rising housing demands.
Real estate development, sales and acquisitions, construction, investing, financing and leasing – overall, the capital market is beginning to be fun again!
