According to an article by Candace Carlisle, Restoration Hardware picks Grand Prairie for $22m distribution center, Dallas Business Journal, October 4, 2012, the California-based retailer Restoration Hardware is planning to build a $22 million distribution facility in Grand Prairie, Texas . The article names W.R. Pioneer Parkway LLC as the project’s developer.
