Jake Pollack is a Shareholder, and leads the Firm’s Family Wealth Planning Practice. Jake’s practice includes Wills, Trusts & Estates; Wealth Preservation & Legacy Planning; Estate & Trust Litigation; Probate & Estate Administration; and Business Entity Formation, Administration & Transactions.
Jake graduated from The University of Texas, and St. Mary’s University School of Law. He was previously employed by the Texas Legislature and the Office of the Attorney General of Texas. Prior to joining Holmes Firm PC, Jake was a partner in Klein & Pollack, LLP, a boutique firm specializing in estate planning, business transactions, and tax.
Jake’s practice has primarily focused on sophisticated estate planning, family-owned business transactions, and estate and trust litigation. Jake assists our clients in protecting their assets and business interests, preparing for death, disability and financial crisis, avoiding unnecessary taxation, and maximizing business and financial opportunities. He designs and implements practical, economic strategies to structure clients’ estates and businesses, and to prevent or resolve disputes.
