Jake Pollack is a Shareholder and leads the Firm’s Family Wealth Planning Practice. Jake’s practice includes Wills, Trusts and Estates; Wealth Preservation and Legacy Planning; Estate and Trust Litigation; Probate and State Administration; and Business Entity Formation, Administration and Transactions.
Jake assists our clients in protecting their assets and business interests, preparing for death, disability and financial crisis, avoiding unnecessary taxation, and maximizing business and financial opportunities. He designs and implements practical, economic strategies to structure clients’ estates and businesses, and to prevent and resolve disputes.
Jake is a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy and is admitted to the United States Tax Court. He is the former Chair (Board of Directors) and Endowment Trustee for the Ronald McDonald House of Dallas, and is a Member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for the Children’s Medical Center Foundation.
